Engineered Mesquite

We take great pride in our one of a kind, pre-finished, engineered Mesquite Flooring. It has taken us years to develop the technology, grading standards and finishes worthy of supporting such a beautiful wood. By engineering Mesquite we have taken a huge step toward sustainability. We have a rapidly renewable tree in the Mesquite combined with a FCS certified Birch plywood substrate which yields us 4.5 times the square footage over our traditional three quarter inch flooring. In this format we have married the natural beauty of Mesquite with new industry standards, creating a faster installation process with less mess while maintaining the integrity and overall quality of the Mesquite. Our engineered Mesquite flooring can be installed in any modern day application including direct glue down (also warranted over radiant heat), nailing to a wood sub-floor and floating over an acoustical sound barrier.

Colorado Collection:

The Colorado Collection represents Mesquite in its natural state, a rich deep red tone highlighted by dark mineral streaking and beautiful burl showing how each individual board is unique and elegant.

Rio Grande Collection:

One of the oldest and most well know rivers in Texas, the Rio Grande has givin life to Mesquite trees for hundreds of miles and is a fitting name for this truly old world wood. The Rio Grande Collection consists of hand distressed Mesquite flooring with the wonderful rich brown tones of desert Mesquite. Our attention to grain pattern during the scrapping process gives each piece a one of a kind look. We also take great care during the filling process to ensure that all of the Mesquite's natural defects are accentuated using our black epoxy filler.
